  • The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen such as menu plans, operations, recipes, financial responsibility, portion and inventory control, food quality, and employee supervision. The Chef de Cuisine provides leadership training and hands-on management of the kitchen staff. The Chef de Cuisine is in charge of executing the food in the kitchen, drives menu design and kitchen creativity and is responsible for growing and developing the food service program. The Chef de Cuisine provides a consistent product and experience achieving targets and managing costs as well as ensures all staff under direct supervision are focused, inspired, and demonstrating a positive attitude and team designed culture. In addition to maintaining our vision by adhering to our values and management principles, this position must provide the highest level of service to our guests.

  • The Pastry Culinarian is responsible for assisting in the creation, decoration, and presentation of desserts such as cakes, pastries, pies, custards, sauces, appropriate garnishes, baked goods, and frozen desserts. The Pastry Culinarian should have the ability to create menu items from scratch for a la carte service, private events, and various outlets including baked goods for a coffee shop. The candidate involved should clean and maintain their station practicing good safety, sanitation and organization skills. The Pastry Sous Chef works as part of a team in a dynamic and intense kitchen environment. In addition to maintaining our vision by adhering to our values and management principles, this position must provide the highest level of service to our guests.

  • Responsible for management of all bar areas. Supervises beverage department personnel. Works with the F&B Director and Chef to create a curated bar program. This will include but is not limited to the selection and production of season cocktails, beers, wines and other nonalcoholic beverages. Monitors inventory levels and develops/implements operating procedures for the beverage department.

  • The Bartenders are responsible for providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. They are experts in mixology, have above average wine and beer knowledge, and create an uncompromising lounge/bar experience for our guest. They also prepare all the drinks for the servers table guest.

  • The Host/ Hostess are responsible for providing exceptional synchronized support to the servers, and the restaurant team to deliver the best dining experience to the guest.

  • The Servers are responsible for providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.

  • We are looking to add to our creative family of baristas who share our passion for good locally roasted coffee, art, good food, and community.

  • Experience is great but not a necessary. We will provide a full training program for all positions. A willingness to learn new skills is a must.

  • Responsible for operating and maintaining kitchen equipment and tools. Also responsible for washing dishes, china ware, flatware, kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning and detailing kitchen. Maintains the kitchen, dish washing and back area in an inspection-ready condition in accordance with local guidelines.
